We want you to love your Paperamber pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

- To start a return, email us at help@paperamber.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirmation.

- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry! Please contact us at help@paperamber.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund.
